Grown in Waimea on the island of Hawai’i means that our produce is fresher, has a longer shelf life, and saves fuel by not shipping in imported products from 4,500 miles away.


Shelf Life

Keiki Greens has a shelf life that is 2-3 times longer than imported greens. 

Our Seeds

100% of our seeds are non-GMO and we obtain annual compliance statements from our seed providers.


Greenhouse Grown

Our lettuce is grown in the most advanced greenhouse in Hawaii. We employ state-of-the-art technology to control the climate inside the greenhouse, nourish the plants, minimize pest intrusion.

96% Less Water

Helping preserve the natural resources of Hawai’i, our hydroponic growing technique uses only 3 gallons of water per one pound of lettuce grown. Traditional, field-farming uses 68 gallons of water to grow a pounds. This results is a savings of 50,000,000 gallons of water per year!


Food Safety


Highest Standard

We are certified to the highest standards for good safety. Only a handful of farms have GFS certification in Hawaii and we are the only lettuce farm with this level of qualification.


In House Lab

We have an inhouse lab which runs close to 10,000 microbiological tests on our product and facility each year.
